A teaser allows you to shift the line on the game in your favor. Multiple games can be teased at once. When this is done you must when all the bets just like in a parlay. Because of the advantages caused by shifting the line you would not collect as much as with a parlay, but your odds of winning are greatly improved.
For example if you wanted the Sacramento Kings +7 1/2 over the Indiana Pacers and the Charlotte Bobcats -1 1/2 over the Milwaukee Bucks. You can pick both teams and tease them 5 points.
Now your picks are:
Sacramento Kings +12 1/2
Charlotte Bobcats +3 1/2
with the odds at 10 to 13 or for every $130 wager you would win $100 plus get your $130 back.
